Whilst we all hope and pray that your church is a ‘happy ship’, there are times when things get tough.  It might be a personal falling out between the minister and a member.  It might be about managing change. 

Regardless of the cause, London Baptists look to provide conflict resolution or mediation for those in need.  We want our churches to thrive – and our unity is a key indicator of our health. 

Mostly, conflict resolution is provided by District or Regional Ministers but, on occasions, we encourage the appointment of professional mediators should it be required.  We can make recommendations for people to help you overcome your difficulties.
