Kingdom over Nation is a new ecumenical resource brought by Churches Together in England exploring Christian nationalism, discernment, and the church's witness in a polarised age. Executive edited by Min Shermara Hoyte, the resource includes a foreword from Rt Rev Mike Royal, CTE General Secretary, alongside theological Bible studies and reflections from a wonderful range of ecumenical voices. It is hoped this resource will encourage thoughtful conversation, deeper reflection, and faithful discipleship as we navigate the challenges of this moment together. You can access the resource here

Baptist ministers Rev Dr Israel Olofinjana & Rev Dr David Wise have joined with Dr Usha Reifsnider, co-regional director of Lausanne Europe to edit a new book Polyphonic God: Exploring intercultural Theology, Churches and Justice, which explores some of the issues around the polarisations we are experiencing in our current political climate. You can read more about it here and it is now available to order
The Joint Public Issues Team (JPIT) have collated a number of resources and articles which can be found here
Better Story
Jesus commands us to be people of radical love: to love our neighbours and our enemies as ourselves. Sadly, ideologies of exclusion, division, superiority, and hate are on the rise and are increasingly using the Christian faith to encourage fear and hatred of ‘the other’.
Better Story are a movement of Christians seeking to resist this distortion of our faith by re-centring Christ’s compassion, humility, and self-sacrificial generosity in the public conversation about Christianity. On their website you can sign up to help tell the full, beautiful, and Better Story of Jesus’ love for all humanity.
