After working in international IT recruitment as a Quality Assurance Manager for a number of years, Rachel embarked on a primary teaching career in 2004, working in East London. After leaving the classroom, Rachel worked for an education charity supporting schools with Christian collective worship, RE lessons and SMSC provision. She is also a qualified freelance Financial Education Coach.
Rachel has worshipped at New Park Road Baptist Church in Streatham Hill for approximately 20 years. Here, she now serves as Church Secretary and leads the Children and Youth ministries.
If Rachel can find any spare time, you’ll find her running around the local common or spending time with her husband and two sons. Rachel is also a caring cat lover and avid reader and enjoys musical theatre.
