We are truly blessed in London to have a whole host of great organisations working to disciple the student community. Below are just a few of the great resources and ministries there to support you during your time as a student:

Top Tips

Moving to University for the first time can be both exciting and a little daunting! But take it from people who have been there and done it before you won't regret taking on this new challenge in life and your time at Uni will present amazing opportunities to discover so much more about yourself, others and the world around you.

But remember above everything else

Be Yourself: Yes we're all unique and different and there is no greater time to discover that that during your time at university! But most important be yourself and know that the person God has made you is something to be praising him for!

Find a good church: There are many great churches in London where you can grow in your faith during your time at University and that will be there as both a support to you and also offering you a chance to serve. Find a place you know will give you the community centred on the truth of Jesus that the church is called to be. If you want to know churches in just send us an email.

Make contact with your campus Christian Union: Look out for your CU around and about at freshers fayre and during your first few weeks on Campus. CU's are a fantastic way to build quality friendships with other Christian students and be given the opportunity to be salt and light for the Gospel on campus. To find your CU visit your Union societies page, check out www.uccf.org.uk or email us and we'll point you in the right direction!

Pray and rely on God for strength: A new start at Uni provides a great opportunity to take on new challenges and who better to tackle these challenges with than the God of the universe! If you're looking for inspiration just take a look at the book of Daniel and see how as a student and young man in a strange new city God was able to use Daniel for great things in the purposes of His plan!

& of course most importantly don't forget your can opener.. failing that head to Brick Lane for a great choice of curry houses!
