London is a diverse, vibrant and brilliant place to live with people from all over this world making it their home. Whether it’s strolling around the historic Parliament Sq, grabbing a curry down the renowned Brick Lane or spending an afternoon in Chinatown there’s always something new on offer! But better than all of this, London is a city witnessing God at work in amazing ways, with His love and truth breaking into the lives, streets and communities of our capital. So whether you’re moving to London or simply passing through… WELCOME! We hope you not only discover the beauty and diversity of our capital while you’re here but encounter the God who loves it and is at work in the lives of people here!

1 city, 40+ universities and nearly 500,000 students, London is a brilliant place to live out your student years. The city has some of the world’s leading universities and promises the experience of a lifetime!

But moving to the city as a student is also a big step! It brings amazing opportunities but some big challenges! And we want to be here to share those with you! If you’re moving to London, whether it’s from somewhere in the UK or any other part of the world, we’d love to hear from you and support you in whatever ways possible as you begin life in the capital!

Whichever part of London you’re moving to, if we can offer any help, answer any questions or simply provide you with local connections as you settle in, so that you’re time in London is an unforgettable one, then PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!

checklistAre you heading to university for the first time? Then do get in touch with us! We’d love to talk with you and offer you some ideas about how to best prepare for this exciting journey. Better still, EA’s Krish Kandiah has done the college experience for himself and in his book ‘fresh’, gives his thoughts on how to best prepare for your university years. Why not ask a family member to buy you a copy?!


connectedLondon is blessed with some great university Christian groups there to serve, encourage and equip you in your faith in Jesus. And there are fantastic churches spread across our city ready to welcome and join with you as a student. So whether you’re looking for other Christians on campus, a church to get connected to or organisations related to your studies then just email us.. we’d love to connect you up!


growingUniversity is an exciting and life-shaping few years!  You’ll meet many new people and learn a lot about yourself and this world! But REMEMBER ONE AMAZING TRUTH! You don’t arrive at university alone! God has journeyed with you up to this point in your life and will be with you every step over these next few years! As you embark on this new stage go to the God who made, shaped and loves you and ask Him to help direct your next few years so that it’s a time which will count into eternity!

UCCF works to serve and support Christian Unions in universities across the UK and is a great first stop if you are looking to connect with other Christian students on your campus.

This fantastic website offers a whole host of resources to help you think through some of the bigger questions about God, faith and what it means to be a Christian in an ever changing world. Some great audio resources and talks which relate to the topics of your studies as well as other questions that people have about Christianity.

Are in 6th form or a FE college? Festive is there to connect you, resource you and support you as a follower of Jesus as a student.

If you’re not already sorted in halls then this may be a site in which you can connect with others looking for a place to live in the city.

Friends International is specially dedicated to serving international students that are moving to the UK to spend their university years. If you are moving to London from outside the UK and would like to be connected with Christians from your own country during your time hear then do get in touch with us or you can contact FI directly and they may be able to help you out.
