Resources for pastoral transitionsThe LBA has produced a workbook to provide churches with a framework to manage the transition from the time when a minister indicates that she/he is leaving to the selection and induction of a new pastor. The workbook is entitled 'When a Pastor leaves ... Enabling pastoral transitions in the local church.' Alongside 'When a Pastor leaves ...' the LBA has also developed the 'Interim Moderator training pack'. This workbook is designed to help people prepare for and reflect on their role as moderators for churches in pastoral transition.
