About the LBA

The London Baptist Association (LBA) supports the mission and ministry of over 300 Baptist churches across Greater London.  As one of the thirteen regional associations which make up the Baptist Union of Great Britain, we exist to encourage and equip our member churches as they pursue their own distinct vision and calling to the local communities in which they based.

Aside from general support and advice related to Baptist church life, the LBA provides assistance with pastoral vacancies, conflict resolution, grants for ministry and mission, loans for buildings projects, mission consultancy, safeguarding training and advice, and much more.

From Croydon to Camden; from Erith to Ealing; from Walthamstow to Wimbledon; the LBA covers a vast array of different communities and, as an organisation, we celebrate our cultural diversity which reflects our great city.

New Baptist churches are being planted in London all the time.  If you’re interested in joining the LBA, please don’t hesitate to contact us
