The London Baptist Property Board is aware that our churches have an ever increasing and daunting list of statutory requirements placed upon them. 

While many of these requirements may appear burdensome and bureaucratic, we know the intention is to help churches to be safe and healthy places to be. To help our churches begin to understand what is required of them, we have tried to draw together some resources to offer help and support.

These resources include:

- A check list to help assess current documentation and processes and what areas may need to be addressed.

- A list of the main policies and documentation all churches are required to have in place.

- An advice note about governance processes.

We also have some suitable experienced people who are willing to come alongside your church leadership team to help you work through these documents.
